Fees include pastoral services, catering, cleaning electricity, heating, internet, laundry and water charges.

The residential contract is for a 39 week period. The first payment is due prior to move-in and must be received before residency commences.

Payment due dates do not necessarily coincide with Student Loan or Student Allowance dates. You will need to ensure you have sufficient funds to make the initial payment without help from these sources.

The contract for residency at Victoria House is between the Hall and you, the resident, not between the Hall and your parent / guardian. This means invoices and reminders for payment will be sent directly to you, not your parent / guardian. It is your responsibility to ensure invoices are forwarded if necessary and the account payer is aware of the payment deadlines.

If you have received a scholarship: - You are still required to continue with the payment option selected. An adjustment will be made once the scholarship has been credited to our account.

International Students have two payment options available - Option 1 or 2 only.

Deposit

A $950 deposit is required with your acceptance. The breakdown of the items is listed in the agreement and handbook.
