Complaints
At Victoria House, we strive to treat your complaints efficiently and with respect.
Within the Handbook there is information outlining the process for lodging complaints about fellow residents and staff.
If you wish to lodge a complaint about the management of the hall, please email the Executive Director. The email address is director@vichouse.co.nz
If the complaint is about the Executive Director, please address the complaint to the Victoria House Executive Committee. The email address is exec@vichouse.co.nz
Victoria House maintains a written record of any complaints which allege a breach of pastoral care duties.
